Impact: Direct Messages are not being transmitted, they nevertheless can be obtained
eMDs Support has become mindful of a matter where Direct Messages are not always being directed to the receiver and in its place an fault may be received asserting "Unable to deliver your message." eMDs is toiling with our Direct Messaging associate to define the origin for the communication breakdown and the actions required to solve the matter.
