usb flash drive

I can I use my laptop and my desk computer using a usb flash drive. I want to put the medisoft program on my laptop and work and it and then tranfer the info to my desk computer. Will I have to use a backup disk everytime I use my laptop or the usb good enought?

You can use a USB drive for this, but you will need to create and restore a backup every time you want to go work on a separate machine so that you can keep all of the information synced between the two computers.
