Carrier based reporting

Post by hrw911 » Wed Jan 21, 2015 2:51 pm

Is there a report that will show all payments for a specific insurance carrier that can be filtered by a date of service (to which they were applied) range and shows the date paid and the patients' names?

I have a client who needs to isolate payments made by a specific carrier for all patients seen on a specific dates of service (a range) as part of a class action law suit. This report doesn't give me the detail that I need. It gives totals by procedure code, but I need something that will help me to isolate all payments made by a specific insurer for a specific date of service range with either a patient name or a date of payment.

This one doesn't get me the deposit/receipt date or the patient's name.

Sounds like you need a custom report.

I thought that might be the case, but wanted to make sure that I wasn't missing anything. Thanks!
