Our support policy is to support Medisoft as far back as we can.

Medisoft's support policy includes providing support on the current version, Medisoft Version 12 and one version back, Medisoft Version 11. Therefore, access to Medisoft articles specific to Version 10 and earlier will be removed from the Medisoft public site. This realignment will be incremental, and is due to begin on September 15th.

As a Medisoft Certified VAR, this information will remain available to us. So don't hesitate post here if you are having any trouble with older versions of Medisoft.
