Unable to check report data warning on Medisoft V22

Hello,
After the upgrade to Medisoft V22, we are getting a warning box saying:
Unable to check the report data. Please close all the programs and try again.
This is showing up right after I log into Medisoft, and only when Medisoft is opened for the first time. It does not come up when I change from one practice to another.
Any clue as to why this is coming up? Thanks

Try right-clicking on Medisoft and select "Run As Administrator". Medisoft requires administrative privileges the first time you launch it after an install. If prompted to install the reports, select Yes to All.

I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the Medisoft Software. This time I removed the Medisoft folder under the C drive that gets created during installation, I assumed it was the issue because I had version V20 installed previously.
The problem was resolved.
