TAXONOMY CODE

I am currently having a few problems billing HealthNet Insurance through Office Ally. Was wondering if anyone could tell me how to insert "TAXONOMY CODE" for Medisoft v19 SP1(19.1.2.29).
Appreciate all your advice and help

The taxonomy is setup on the practice and provider IDs grids. On the insurance carrier there is the option to send the taxonomy code.
