If I change my preferred support to MedTech can you help with Medisoft and Zirmed issues. I already have you as my preferred for Trizetto.

I am willing to talk to Zirmed about that. Private message me a contact over there and I will try to work something out. Why are you using 2 clearinghouses?

We have 2 different practices and for certain insurance we use Zirmed and other insurances we use Trizetto.

2 practices, understandable. Splitting the insurance between the 2 clearinghouses is interesting.
