SOLVED: box 24J, bottom portion, on HCFA
I have a carrier who wants a corporate NPI in boxes 32 and 33. That's fine, I figured that out.
They want a completely different solo NPI in box 24J ( bottom portion ). I can't figure out how to enter a different NPI in 24J,
Thanks for your assistance! Ali

It worked BUT now I have the wrong NPI in the boxes 32A and 33A.
Is there some way to work around this, even if I have to change it back after each claim is filed?
This is railroad medicare. They want corporate NPI in 32A and 33A and individual NPI in 24J.
They are the only carrier requesting this.
Thank you, Ali
