30,60,90 Monthly Statements

Ever since I upgraded from version 19 to 26 I am having trouble printing my monthly statements from the Reports menu. I have tried my custom one and I have tried two different medisoft standard statements and they all print the same. So when I print a batch from A to Z some of the statements say Continued in the Balance Due box. But if I go in individually in the Reports menu using the same statement they print just fine with the amount in the Balance Due box. Any help you can offer will be appreciated.

Which report are you running? I tested this with New Pat. Stmt. (Comments 30,60,90 Color) in Statement Management and it prints Continued in the Balance Due box.

I have tried all of Medisofts standard listed 30.60.90 day statements and none of them work. I have reached out to Miracles Software in Hudson WI whom I purchased the upgraded version. They said they have reached out to Medisoft and that they are stumped and its not on their priority list to research it. Its very annoying at the end of every month as I have to go back and re-print the ones individually that didn't print correctly. Like I said I didn't have this issue until I went from version 19 to 26. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I even asked them if I can go back to version 19 and they said it won't be supported so here I am with I call a major issue since I have to print monthly statements. I would be more than happy to pay for technical support if I can be guaranteed that the issue will be fixed. Thank You!

Try the Statement Management version of the report rather than the one off the Reports Menu. I'll work with you on this and if it is not fixed within 60 days, then you can have your money back.

Try the Statement Management version of the report. If it works, there is a method to convert the Statement Management report into a Standard report.
