Medisoft v20 - Rev Mgmt missing from Activities menu

We have Medisoft v20 Network Professional (patched to 20.0.3.71), running on a server and two workstations. On one of the workstations, we still have the Revenue Management option in the Activities menu, but Revenue Management and Revenue Management Reports options are not displayed in the sub-menu. We checked the server and these options are available and when clicked open the respective Revenue Management application. We have closed out of Medisoft on the workstation, switched users and restarted the machine, but nothing seems to be bringing the options back in the sub-menu. Are there any other things that we should try prior to re-installing Medisoft and Revenue Management on the impacted workstation? Thanks!

Look over to the far right on the menu toolbar. There is a tiny drop down. Click that and there is a reset toolbar option. That should add the items back to your menu.

Thank you so much for your help, Gavin! That resolved the issue and we're now able to access the Revenue Management applications.
