Is it possible to print secondary paper claim with the EOB? Thank You

No there is not. You have to photocopy and attach the EOB.

I have hardtime submitting secondary claims electronically through Medisoft. We are using OfficeAlly as our clearinghouse, and transmit the batch files from Medisoft to OfficeAlly in TXT format. We are easy to convert primary claims, but having difficulty coverting secondary claims to TXT format. We have done out best like unchecked cash claim, unchecked crossover claim, set secondary insurance, set electronic media etc. Does anybody have the solution. Your reply will be highly appericiated.

Are you using Revenue Management to generate your claim file? If so, then go to Select -> Secondary or Select Primary and Secondary from the Process Claims window.
