Fix to not populate Box 30b

I am currently using Medisoft v20 and OfficeAlly. In the past month, when you create HCFA 1500 claims and run them through OfficeAlly, the will be rejected if Box 30b is populated and you are billing Anthem CA is there a fix I can perform so that box is left blank when creating claims?

It sounds like you are doing print image claims. We set all of ours up using Revenue Management and ANSI 5010 claims.
This field is populated from Lists -> Facilities -> Select the facility that is printing on the claim -> Facility IDs tab -> Select the item from the grid that matches the claim you are printing -> Legacy Identifier 1. Blank this field out if you don't want it to print.
If you are sending ANSI 5010 Claims, Then you can Configure -> Receivers -> Edit the Office Ally Receiver and then check the Suppress Legacy Box and click Save to suppress all legacy IDs from all claims.
