Patient Statements

I took on a new position last year and have never worked with Medisoft before. No one in the office is familiar with the billing side of the system, the billing manager of 20 years quit with no notice, so I have been figuring things out on my own. When I send patient statements I go to reports> patient statements> remainder statement with CC and I run the reports there. Is there a way for me to see when the last statement was created or how many statements have been sent to the patient?

You could very easily if you have Medisoft Advanced or Network Pro and you print your statements from the Statement Management window. Otherwise you can go to Transaction Entry and click the sideways Charges tab on the right side to see the statement last printed date.
