Referral Source Field Not Creating Properly

I create a Referral Source in the Case under the Account Tab; however, when I try to chose the name on another case, there is nothing listing in the Referral Source drop down menu. When I access the Lists menus and select addresses, I can see that the name that I created are there; however, I am not able to select them in the case any longer. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or the system isn't acting right.

Try editing the Address and making the Type Referral Source instead of Miscellaneous.
