This week: We will wrap up the previous 3 Webinars and put the various pieces together in order. In Medisoft, we’ll also take a look at running the Diagnosis Ranking Charge Count report in Medisoft. This report will yield the most used ICD-9 codes in your practice that will need to be broken out into ICD-10.

For your attendance: We’ll have ICD-10 assessment and planning tools available for download. Presentations by Ria Halcomb, McKesson Advanced Certified Trainer, and Gavin Walker, Owner/Operator MedTech Medical Management Systems.

Is this your first Lync Meeting? Check meeting readiness and install the necessary meeting programs. You should get a response “Congratulations! You are ready…” Be sure to complete this step well before the meeting time. You may see an option to “Install Communicator 14 Attendee” this is not required. Setting up your audio

With Microsoft Lync you will be able to receive the audio portion over your computer if your computer is equipped with with a sound card and speakers. If your computer does not meet these requirements or you are unable to hear the audio portion over your computer then you can use your phone to call into a conference line for the audio portion. To use the conference line dial (805) 360-1000 and when prompted enter the meeting ID or PIN number of 379317#.
